Meggan Gould - Viewfinders

Meggan Gould has done a series of images of viewfinders themselves. There is a real sense of personality to all the different cameras. Makes you think about how differently you frame images through different cameras.

Adam Kola's New Website

Adam Kola is a photographer I have admired for a long time, and have learned a lot from. I have had the pleasure of working with him on a couple of shoots in Chester, documenting skate jams for Rollernews.com
Adam has just updated his website, and released a few previously unseen pictures to mark the occasion. He is an expert at shooting action sports and the composition of these shots goes to show that he is one of the best in the business at what he does.

The Polaroid Z2300

"The Polaroid Z2300 is the smallest digital camera we've seen that delivers instant prints. It uses Premium ZINK paper that can't be accidentally exposed, costs less per shot than Polaroid film and has a peel-off sticky back . Print your favorite shots and save everything directly to the camera or your SD card.

Customize your 10-megapixel images: crop, add borders, or use the color filters for some serious par-tay. The Z2300 takes video too! All this comes in a sleek package the size of a point & shoot complete with the iconic Polaroid rainbow."

Melvin Sokolsky- Harper's Bazarr

These photographs by Melvin Sokolsky were shot in Paris in 1963 for Harper's Bazarr Spring Collection.
It is a stunning series of images shot on 5x4, based around the concept of the 'bubble'; a glass sphere suspended from a crane, seamlessly done. Fascinating stuff.

Alan Sailer's Exploding Food

Alan Sailer uses very precisely timed explosions and ultra high speed cameras to capture exploding food.
There are some brilliant photographs on his 500px page, including an exploding Mr Potato Head which I found particularly amusing
